Assalamualaikum.. Haiiiii.. Entri 1st for this year cewahhh.

Ada orang kat malaysia tu suruh tulis je apa2 kat blog hehe.. kalau ada idea/event bes yg jadi boleh la tulis huhu..my life here is quite boring i guess..or maybe i am getting bored with routine..but bila fikir balik routine la yg x bg rasa kosong je a day tu..kalau tak lg xtau nk buat apa.. xdak objektif..

Well, hari ni 1st day of 2017. Even though cuaca sejuk sgt entah apa2 hew3(7'C)(xtau mcm mn nk buat degree celsius, maafkan saya noob bab2 ni). Gagahkanlah jgk diri ni bangun p kelas pukul 8 pagi lecture. Housemate pn ada yg x p sbb sejuk sgt :P  

So lecture hari ni pasal geriatrics( people aged >65 yrs old), berkaitan falls and prevention of falls..

Nk dijadikan short story, falls (jatuh, bukan air terjun) ni common sgt2 jd kat old age. Yg berbahaya bila fall ni, dh jatuh sekali, liable utk dpt bermcm2 penyakit lain. Cthnya, bila jatuh tu immediate effect dia mungkin injury2 seperti fracture, bleeding and others. 

From psychological view, sekli jatuh, mst akan takut utk jatuh lg skali, therefore, these people have (Fear of Falling) FOF syndrome. Ni menyebabkan elderly ni kurang mobiliti sbb afraid to walk/stand even for a short period. Kurang bergerak in old age causes many other diseases sbb lack of exercises, muscle wasting, muscle disuse..hehehe, masuk term medic banyak dah nii 

Ni baru bab lecture, pastu ada practical plak, practical kes pasal Chronic Kidney Disease. Hari ni my turn utk ambik history a.k.a clerking patient..Alhamdulillah semua okay.. yg memorable sbb wktu tgh examine patient dgn prof, bila semua org diam, tiba2 perut saya BUNYI..kuat plak tu..haisyyy..

smpai prof pn ckp " Oh, you are very hungry, hahaha".. 

Padahal td dh breakfast, sbb winter kottt heheh..takat ni je kot utk hari ni, kalau rajin, org tulis lg, tp hari2 bnyk plak kes, nnt bosan kalau asyik ckp pasal medic..

P/S : lg 12 bulan nk balik Malaysia oiii
